I was a PhD candidate at the time of application. Currently, I am a postdoc. I am pleased to say that my NIW was approved within 4.5 months after submitting the application. I submitted the application in June 2022. The application was approved in October 2022. I was pleasantly surprised by the news. I would like to thank the team at Chen immigration. They are very thorough, responsive, knowledgeable, and work well as a team. I appreciated their guidance throughout. I am quite certain I will retain them for the next step.
