They stick to the timeline they provide in their online portal and finish the respective tasks on time. Some times if I delay, they poke me to fasten the process from my side. Due to this awesome experience I am retaining their firm for I-485 processing. I also recommended one of my friend to go with this firm and as per my conversation with him, he is happy with their work.
