NAmILG and the Chen group did an impressive and professional job on my EB1A case. The recommendation letters and petition letters are written in time and beautifully, even though I requested expedition due to the recent retrogression.
My area is computational materials science, and they could understand and properly rephrase all the technical details of my work based on the "Summary of Contributions" I wrote. The also did a good job to divide my work into multiple recommending letters. I suppose all these played an important role for the approval of my I-140 petition.
Even though they did reply my messages within 24 hours, I don't see this as an important reason for choosing them, but rather the professionalism of this company. I chose them because I believed they could help with my case get approved, and they did.

I cannot thank enough NAmILG and Ms. Victoria Chen for their professional help in getting my I-140 NIW application approved. First, they reviewed my CV and gave me a realistic estimation of my case. They worked diligently with me from the time that I retained them until we filed the application. They walked me through the process step by step. It was a ton of paperwork but I am glad that I entrusted them with my case. You have to do your part of work, which is to provide them with the material that they need to build your case. This is not done overnight and it requires a lot of effort on your part. Nothing is done miraculously but NAmILG has the experience to put together a very compelling case. I have seen many friends getting RFE because their lawyer made rookie mistakes, like not filling out a form properly, or sending it out single sided where double sided is required, or missing a form out completely. If you do not want to make such mistakes so that it will trigger RFE which will eventually make you wait months, go with NAILG, or V Chen. The best chance for approval, in the fastest possible time. Some even got denial even after having a very good profile, because their attorney did not assemble the case carefully. We went back-and-forth on all the petition materials with the intent of assembling the best possible petition during which the attorneys were patient with me and supportive.
