I retained the North America Immigration Law Group for my O1A petition, and I recently got the approval for the same. It was filed at Vermont Service Center via premium processing. I was late but found wrong myself. However, they helped to move in a strategic way and I liked the way they represented me in petition and recommendation letters which I did not think as well. I was really happy to choose Chen Immigration Law Associates for my NIW process. Although I did not have too many citations, there successfully signified my strengths ( i.e. high IF journal papers, contribution to industry, etc) and won my case.
I was particularly amazed with how they structured the petition letter. My PhD was on a very scientific topic which is hard to grasp for people with irrelevant backgrounds. However, they managed to understand the core of my contribution to the field and manifest the importance of it in the petition letter.

Here's what I think happened after I realized that my I-140 got approved, my headache vanished and I feel more confident. Thanks NAmILG firm for consistently guiding me through this process. It was a bumpy ride, but at the end, I got the approval with the firm's help.
Highlights:
Stellar reco-letters, great petition letter and importantly, emphasizing my accomplishments in an easy, simple but affirmative language. Visa officer might have been like, "Damn! this guy is good, I need to approve his petition, but let me giving him RFE." RFE letter did not reach me forever. Per firm's suggestion, I reached out to Rep. in my district, who acted within a day and my RFE letter was in my email. RFE petition was great as well. Hence, I got my approval. Now onto I-485 waiting train.
