My I-140 case is approved after about less than 4 months of filing date and I also got my EAD approval notice after 3 months of filing the I-485 case. They drafted 6 recommendation letters and knew exactly what to emphasize on in the recommendation letters. They are very meticulous with the forms and careful not to make any mistake that can result in an RFE.
