I can't thank Chen Immigration Firm for their relentless efforts in getting my EB-1A approved. We submitted our case on 12/15/17 and got an RFE on 12/28/17. Chen attorney prepared the RFE and it was submitted on 3/15/18 and got approved on 3/29/18. They are the best at what they do. They are really careful about your petition i.e., they reviewed RFE response so many times and our response was carefully crafted to address that.

I have published 21 journal papers and two US patents. I have reviewed papers for more than 40 times and have over 230 citations. Yet, I received RFE from TSC. I was super nervous about it since I received RFE in my previous denial which I worked with another big immigration law firm.
