I worked with the Chen Immigration Team for both NIW and EB1A I-140. The team is very knowledgeable, professional, attentive, timely, caring, and works as a strong collective team to put together a compelling application for the success of clients. Their well-streamlined process coupled with unlimited clear guidance and unwavering support is the key to their thousands of success stories.
The entire process took me about 5 months, with the initial 3 months spent drafting essential sections and collecting evidence, the latter two months are for finetuning and the application process. I spend about 1 to 1.5 hours/day in the evenings, but the process is well structured and with clear guidance making it less daunting to complete.
My NIW was submitted without any recommendations, and we continued building on the same evidence for the EB1 and assembled it in about a month with additional recommendation letters and petition letters. The NIW and EB1 were approved in about 9 and 11 business days respectively, both with premium processing without RFEs.
Special thanks to the entire team and my attorney (William) for their support. Two of my colleagues have already signed contracts with Chen to work on their I-140’s. I will continue to recommend their services to my future peers and friends. I will work with them for I-485 when the time comes. Thanks, Again!
