Got my I-140 approved under EB1A. Chen Immigration has been very thorough about every step of filing the case. They made me work on my summary till it is refined and I guess the outcome of this success pretty much depends on the rigorosity they followed. My EB2-NIW was approved on Aug 23 in Nebraska. This year, the NIW cases in NSC were processed longer than usual, ~10 months. During the past 10 months and preparation process, the lawyer team provides very accurate, prompt responses in every detail of your applications and questions. Their suggestions of recommendation letters, strategy and advice are so accurate that I feel completely comfortable and easy working with them. I am happy to recommend this firm to any other immigrants who have advanced degree.
