Once filed, I received my approval notice in about one week (with premium processing). I would like to thank Ms. Chen and the entire team of North American Immigration Law Group lawyers and staff from the bottom of my heart for getting my I-140s (EB1-EA and EB2 NIW) approved. Unlike most others, I am not a post doctoral or a phd. I did have 2 masters degrees in good disciplines and, as a technical staff my passion of research had me publishing articles, drafting new designs and working on them. But, among the pool of the best applicants out there, I didn't feel quite confident of my profile because of the reason that I didn't have a Phd. Ms. Chen indicated in one of her first few emails what it takes for me to apply for EB1A, when she explained I did qualify for EB1 NIW. I took sometime and kept working twice as hard for a few months while preparing for NIW. Around the time of filing, I was in a position to meet the criteria for EB1A and the decision was made to file for both. I did have a huge RFE. By this time I had been also deeply into clinical trials from the start of my career playing a critical role. All the recommenders have been very kind too. The rest is history. The entire team is so accessible and down to earth that they are there for you when you send them an email about any aspect of the case. They worked very hard on the petition letters and sent in the best letters you can imagine. Every case is unique, and they work on each case individually. I can't thank enough that they gave me full attention and great help. I would recommend them to my friends definitely!

Now that my I-140 has been approved with premium processing, this alone saved me about 5 years of waiting time compared to an NIW petition as I’m born in China.
The attorneys here are very experienced in drafting recommendation letters and petition letters. They do understand the scientific and technical details about my research and emphasized my contribution much better than I ever can. The attorneys also flawlessly stick to the timeline laid out in the contract. All the drafts were ready on time or a couple of days earlier. And all my questions submitted on the message board were answered within 24 hours.
Overall it has been wonderful experience to work with Wegreened, making this tedious process much less daunting. I would highly recommend their service to anyone considering filing EB-1 or NIW petition.
