I cannot really tell Chen and her associates how much I value(ed) their excellent work. I had to deal with different lawyers in the past, but the level of professionalism, commitment and knowledge you all demonstrated were compared to none. You were very detail oriented, meticulous, patient and systematic. I myself got tired and I wanted to send the application as is but you kept pushing so we can send the best application out there.
