I cannot say how thrilled my family and I are at the news of my approved EB1B petition. I greatly admire your firm's efforts and advice which made this possible.

Also I would like to mention that two law firms had evaluated my case last year and said that I do not stand a good chance for an EB1B approval. I was personally mistrustful of their evaluation as I had seen good candidates at my previous employer being handed down similar evaluations by one of these firms (my previous employer used that firm for all their immigration matters) while candidates with similar profiles were being awarded EB1 because they had worked with better law firms. I believe that there are some law firms that are great in terms of H1B applications and other more routine tasks. But when it comes to more detailed technical / research-oriented applications like the EB1/NIW, they just opt for the easy way out -- i.e. they only consider someone EB1-worthy if that person has got some kind of award (e.g. NSF career grant, best-thesis award). That way, it is easy for them to prove the merit of the applicant. But in case of Chen Law firm, you do a more thorough evaluation, and put in great effort to prove the merit of the applicant to the USCIS adjudicators. The incorrect evaluation by some big law firms is a very bad service that they are providing to their clients, as missing out on the EB1 opportunity costs people many years (considering EB2 wait times for Indians/Chinese) and causes a lot of personal stress and demoralizatoin. Conversely, your firm's service provides great benefits to people such as me. Thanks again.
