I would like to thanks Chen Immigration Lawyers for successfully representing me in my I-140 application. Throughout the process they were extremely efficient in responding to my questions. The application they put together was excellent - including their assistance with getting recommendation letters. They were very selective regarding the criteria included in my package which was critical. Finally, although I changed job during the process I did not get an RFE. The entire process for an NIW EB2 is now lengthy (with approval times > 8months, throughout this time Chen Lawyers dealt with every follow-up excellently. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone applying for a GC and I will continue to use their representation for the I-485 step.

I just got my EB2 NIW petition approved. When I started the process, I was not really hopeful. I had quite limited number of publications and other credentials.
Chen Immigration reviewed my CV and agreed to represent me and gave the guaranteed option. This means they will pay back the money if the case is denied. This initial review process is done in one business day!
They will push you really hard to unearth any gems in your resume that the applicant may have overlooked. I had only chosen those who i personally knew as my letter writers.
They insisted that i find independent letter writers, insisted that i try thru my friends(to see if their friends might be willing to write letters for me etc) and ultimately i managed to get good letters.
I still got an RFE and at that time I really gave up. But Chen immigration did not. They drafted such a strong RFE response that my application got approved.
They will not take up the case if they see no chance of approval(I asked them about EB1 at first and they were very clear to tell me that you do not have enough credentials for EB1 and we will not take your case, as opposed to other immigration firms that will take up any and all cases)
Chen Immigration will stick to all the assurances regarding time deadlines. I would recommend them with absolutes no reservations.
