I would highly recommend Chen immigration to anyone who is applying for permanent residence in the US, for following reasons:
1. Impressive approval rates. This is the most important factor for me when selecting immigration lawyers. Chen’s group has a success rate of over 90% for the category I am shooting for (NIW), which is really impressive. In addition, many other firms only accept those with strong background to keep their approval rate high. For this reason, I was rejected by many other firms, but not Chen’s firm. Not only they accepted my application, they also helped me get my case approved.
2. Comprehensive service. The preparation of a PR application takes long time and lots of efforts. Some firms, including some famous ones, will only help filling the case. They may not help you writing a sample recommendation letter, sometimes not even a petition letter. Chen’s firm, on the other hand, provided a really comprehensive service for my case, and I am very grateful for that.
3. Responsive and respectful. In my case, Chen’s firm usually responds to my requests within a few hours, and treat me with full respect. You’ll be surprised how some other firms treat their customers.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their services. If you are trying to get a PR in the US, try them and you will not be disappointed.
