I have applied for I-140 under EB1-A category while i was in J1 visa and within 3 and half years since I came to the US. My case became more complicated when my J1 visa got expired during the processing stage. Although it took time, I thank God for Chen group for their hard work and dedication. They are highly professional and prompt. All their actions were quicker than expected. Moreover, their timely advices and comforting replies for all my concerns were greatly appreciated especially at the hardest waiting periods.
