There were several complicated situations during my application and they were very attentive to my case and provided knowledgeable and helpful solution in a timely manner, every time. They are very thorough with their procedure as well. They edited my forms (there were a lot of them) with microscopic detail, catching every single mistake which made my process very smooth. My application time was much shorter than expected without any RFE, part of if I believe might be because of the attention to detail provided by Chen Immigration on my case and documents.
