I have worked with Chen Immigration since 2022. My I-140 based on EB2-NIW was approved within two months without premium processing.
Recently, due to the backlog in the EB2 category, I opted for the EB1A category. I submitted my EB1A-based I-140 petition within two months, and after requesting premium processing, my case was approved within 7 days without RFE.
In both cases, I received excellent graft petitions and recommendation letters with almost zero issues. I also retained Chen Immigration for my I-485 application.
