I filed for EB1A with Chen on February 2023. I opted for regular filing because the priority date is not current for I-485. Chen did a great job in putting together my application and filing the petition very fast.Unfortunately I received NOID in December 2023, and almost lost all hope. It was Chen attorney who believed in my application and suggested that I try defending it. I blindly followed their suggestion, and gathered all the evidences that they advised to get. Chen kept answering all my doubts and queries as soon as they could, and worked on a priority basis on my case to make sure that my reply is send within the 30 daytime-frame. To my surprise, my EB1A petition got approved within 2 weeks. This is indeed a success story worth telling. I would recommend Chen to everyone without any doubt. Cheers to the fantastic team!
