I worked on my NIW petition with WeGreened under regular service (approval or refile). The petition was approved after one month of submission with premium processing added after filing. I just got my EB2-NIW approved. Being proactive, I managed to get my packages ready to submit in 45 days. It was a great decision to sign up with Chen over the other options. To be honest, the lawyer was slow at times, but it later turned out to be really good quality work out of him, so I don't mind. I had a total of about 90 messages back and forth between me and my lawyer/team. I found them patient and professional in answering my queries. Although my lawyer/team replied to me within 24 hours, there were times when it was slightly more than 24 hours. I think if Chen can improve the response time and make it even shorter than 24 hours, it would be really amazing. Anyway, I would like to thank my lawyer and the team, and I will probably go with Chen once again when I have a good profile for EB-1A!
