I worked with North America Immigration Law Group for my EB1A application and I had an excellent experience working with them! A BIG thank you to the whole team, especially Attorney Elliot C who handled my case! My EB1A was approved 30 days from submission (after upgrading to premium processing) and I did not receive an RFE.
The whole process was streamlined and efficient. They provided me with clarity on the USCIS criteria I qualified for and clearly outlined the evidence and exhibits I needed to support my EB1A case. They would respond to my queries and messages within 1-3 business days and were very patient while they clarified all my questions. To help prepare the application package, Chen utilizes an online system and provides templates and detailed instructions - this was incredibly helpful as I was able to stay organized and not feel overwhelmed by the entire process. They also drafted an excellent petition letter which accurately conveyed the significance and impact of my work. Lastly, my attorneys were open to my feedback and welcomed my suggestions and additions to my application package.
