It was nice and smooth journey! The lawyer, Farihah Tasnim Hossain, did a quite nice job for the preparation of the I-140 petition. I could complete the requested materials quite easily with the proper guidance. Although the initial petition was flawless, I had to go through the RFE. The requirements mentioned in RFE letter from USCIS were not so specific. The lawyer, Boyu W., did a great job to prepare the reply for RFE. He nicely understood the actual requirements from USCIS and explained well the questions point by point in the RFE response letter. As a result I-140 was approved within 3 days after it was received by USCIS. Overall, I greatly appreciate the service from North American law group. Thank you very much.
