Chen immigration put together a really great EB2 NIW petition for me. I applied with 2 masters degrees, 3 publications and 130 citations. The whole process took about 8-9 months, this included 5-6 months to prepare and 3.5 months for USCIS to approve my case (without RFE). The preparation process did require a lot of input from me (to summarize my contributions, identify and reach out to people for letters of reference) but Chen used my input to put together really strong reference letters and petition letter. I highly recommend!
