My NIW application has been approved and I have received the approval notice of I-140. The Chen immigration team has been very rigorous, professional and timely. They even followed up with me when I was falling behind and causing delays :) It has been super efficient and the communication has been super clear all the time. I would not spend time to look into other lawyers for this purpose and would highly recommend them.

My EB2-NIW is approved in one week (with premium processing) without an RFE. I give 5 stars to Chen immigration group. I should really thank the Chen immigration group team. I believe that they really enhanced my case and took advantage of every detail in my research resume. Unlike some other immigration groups that only focus on citations, they were fully aware of the points in my resume that needed to be highlighted. Additionally, I believe that although my research was complicated in some aspects, they understood it very well and reflected it in my petition. Overall, they prepared a very well-written petition that I am sure only they were capable of doing it.
The timing of the responses and preparation of the documents was also very good. I also admired the precision in writing the documents.
