My EB1A was approved 10 days after paying for the premium processing! No RFE or any more evidence was required!
I originally did a free evaluation and got the approval or refund offer for the EB2-NIW. But, then I inquired if I could go for EB1A for the premium processing feature (was not available for my EB2-NIW back then) so they adjusted the whole plan to fit my desire and prepared a whole new plan with a backup option, too (luckily I did not need one).
They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. The drafted letter and the petition were so well written that I did not have to edit any! One of my recommenders bailed on me, and they were so understanding and adjusted the letter for a new one.
Through all the steps, they will guide, advise, and give you options. They are flexible and really want you to get approved. Also, the refund offer shows how credible they are and makes you rest assured in case of the worst scenario.
I trust them and will definitely retain them to help me in the next steps, and anyone thinking about similar applications should definitely hire them too!
