I have got my I-140 approved in just 9 days in the EB1A category which is the toughest category. I remember sending my CV for free evaluation to Ellis & Porter and Chen immigration together in 2022. While the former suggested me to make my profile stronger, Chen immigration immediately offered me the approval or refund service.
I started gathering evidence by late September 2022 and now in my 5 months I have my I-140 approved. Chen immigration is the best in what they are doing - they drafted all the recommendation letters in 10 days, and drafted the petition in 10 days as well.
