I was referred to Chen Immigration Group by a friend when my employer did not file from my employment-sponsor EB2 on time. The NIW was never something I thought of. I just emailed Victoria and was like whatever.
They recommended that I apply for NIW and I was suspicious at first. But once the process started, all suspicions went away. They are very very professional and organized. Colin, the lawyer who handled my case, was superb. Very quick to respond, responses are very clear and detailed, wrote and edited the application and letter multiple times. The best!
My I 140 just got approved and I cannot be happier. I am certainly retaining them for my I 485 filing process

Very useful guide, fast and complete response, spending a lot of time and energy with great care in preparing and sending documents are the most important features that I had in my experience with this team. Preparing a complete petition letter helped me to have an approved case in less than 75 days despite filing from outside the US.
