I filled out my EB2-NIW 4 months back and got approved yesterday. I am a Ph.D. student and filled my credentials based on my highest degree as a master, had papers and citations, conference papers, and awards as a Student.
Chen was always positive about my credential a year back but I kept on delaying thinking that my case won't be strong and might get RFE. I was wrong and thought to take a risk and started gathering materials. Chen was very supportive and answer all my doubts and worries. From the evidence gathering (including the recommendation letter), and to the petition filling everything was very systematic and well-planned.
