Eventually, USCIS approved my case. The entire process took 8 months. (from the time of my submission until the approval notice)

They deliver on their promises, and I have not had any issues during the 4~5 months of working with them to prepare the case for I-140 EB1-A. They recommended the best path forward to get it approved with the highest chance of success (and lowest chance of accidental rejection by USCIS). With their suggestion of applying regular to Texas center and upgrading to premium processing, my I-140 EB1A was approved within 5 weeks (mailed -> 2 days for USCIS to receive -> 2.5 weeks for receipt notice to arrive at Chen, then Chen immediately mailed request for premium processing -> 3 days for USCIS to confirm receipt of premium processing request -> 10 days for USCIS to approve the case). I highly recommend Chen Immigration Law Group for EB1 immigrant petitions. And I am sure their other immigrant petition services are immaculate as well.
