My NIW I140 has been approved much faster than I thought. I was worrying about getting RFE before I filed, but the lawyers told me the possibility of getting RFE for my case was very low. My O1 VISA is approved!
I am currently a postdoc from Northwestern University and I get an offer from a biotech company, however my current academia H1b can not sponsor me for working in industry. Then I was referred by my best friend the excellent attorney, Wegreened. Basically, I only provide the documents they need, majority of the work have been done by them.
Here are some details as far as I feel in my approved O1 case,
1: Quick reply; all my questions were addressed properly within 24h, so I could know what to do next.
2. Professional preparation: I am requested to have a list of the potential references, and they select the ones perfectly matching my case.
3. Reviewing system: Every time I uploaded any documents, they will carefully review to exclude any tiny problems which may affect the case. And after the preparation of the package, it will be reviewed again before shipping.
I have referred Wegreened to all my friends who would like to apply for O1 or green card.
