I hold an Indian passport and I am living in California state. So, EB2 path for getting the Green Card was not really a good option for for me, due to huge EB2 back log for Indians and Chinese. When I started working with Chen Immigration group they guided me so well that all the process felt smooth. I was suggested to apply for both EB2-NIW and EB1A-I140 with not much difference in fee. I got both (EB2-NIW and EB1A-I140) approved. I applied for EB2-NIW in March 2022 and got approval in October without RFEs. EB1A-I140 has a premium option and after upgrading my EB1A-I140 to premium process, I received approval notice in 6 days , No RFEs. Working with Chen Immigration group was an amazing experience they really helped at each step of the application and their time bound response to messages and document preparation was remarkable. I would highly recommend Chen Immigration group for the Immigration services. They deserve a lot of stars but for now I will have to settle with 5 stars!

I was a PhD candidate at the time of application. Currently, I am a postdoc. I am pleased to say that my NIW was approved within 4.5 months after submitting the application. I submitted the application in June 2022. The application was approved in October 2022. I was pleasantly surprised by the news. I would like to thank the team at Chen immigration.
