Thank Wegreened help me on EB1B I-140. It has been approved on 5/16/2022. My case is not strong for EB1B (11 papers, citation 84, EE PhD). With the help of Wegreened, we submitted EB1B I-140 with PP on 5/6/2022. After 10 days, it is approved. Thank you all of the attorney! Appreciate it!

Why am I giving 5 stars to Chen Immigration Attorneys:
- I was referred to them in person from at least two separate sources
- Their instruction packages and guidance were very detailed and thorough, and they are open to questions
- They were very professional, responsive, prompt, and firmly abided by their stated deadlines; delays on their parts were infrequent and they do inform you beforehand if something comes up
- They are forthcoming and honest; no false hopes or exaggeration
- They perform intensive research to customize and present high-quality petition packages regardless of majors (when researching common NIW disciplines I did not come across my own field of study at all; yet they managed to put together a spectacular case for me)
- Their Approval or Refund service which I believe speaks of their confidence in their abilities
Consequently, my NIW was approved. So if someone asks me if they should go through Chen Immigration Law Associates for their immigrations petitions (especially for EB1 and EB2), my answer would be a resounding YES!
