I used Chen team's services for NIW EB2 as well for EB1A. As other have mentioned, they are very quick in addressing any question and stick to their timeline in terms of preparing the case.
It took me over 6 months for NIW EB2 case preparation as it took me time to gather letters of recommendation, but for EB1A, it took only 3 months from start to filing of the case and I got the approval within 7 working days.
I really appreciate the fact that tell you upfront if one stand any chance for EB2 or EB1A
