I had a great experience working with the Chen Immigration group on my green card application! They were very patient and respectful with every question or concern I had. We submitted my case on January 19th, 2021, and I got my approval on December 8th, 2021.
The application process is much easier with a good lawyer. They are very organized, experienced, and professional in their work! Once I started working with them, I felt confident that they do everything they can to make this happen!
Overall, I would definitely recommend the Chen Immigration Group. I already knew that they are one of the best in this field but now I am confident I was not wrong!

I am happy that my EB-1A was approved on Dec. 3 without RFE under premium processing. I greatly appreciate the professionalism of Chen law firm. They did a fantastic job in drafting recommendation letters and petition letters. They also did a great job in suggesting independent recommenders. I was very impressed with how they did the final checking of my package, although it took some time. I have recommended their law firm to many friends. I will definitely l retain their law firm for a new case in the future.

I submitted my NIW application in early March and was approved in December. My citations are less than 30 in civil engineering. Getting referral letters was very challenging for me but you can always talk with your lawyer.
