The overall impression is that they are very professional and experienced in case preparation, the workflow is very clear, saving time, and minimizing unnecessary interactions. I definitely recommend their service. The only thing is that in the beginning stage of case preparation, a phone call to the attorney would be helpful to gain clarity in writing your contributions.

I worked with Chen Immigration Law Associated for a self-petitioned EB-1A application. I applied from outside the USA (Germany) since I would like to move to the USA in the near future. My specialization is Particle Physics and ML/AI. It was very nice working with the lawyers and everything went very smoothly. All questions were promptly answered and all documents were processed within the expected time. I was guided the entire time as to how to get things done properly. I did not get any RFE and my application was processed in about 7 months by USCIS, even though things tend to go a bit slower than normal during the pandemic. I am very happy with their services and especially the approved or refund service that I got. I would certainly recommend them for a hassle-free application.
