I am a clinician/physician and a researcher. I got NIW approved in 7 months without RFE. I found Chen Immigration highly professional, expert and their response time were always quick yet thorough and precise.
My EB2 application via labor certification route was denied and I was approaching the sixth year on my H1B. I was very stressed out. I talked with many immigration attorneys and I really found Chen immigration truly expert. I knew if they would take my case and it will get approved and it surely did.
They created a timeline based on my situation not to lose the sixth-year mark to submit the application. I could feel their expertise in each step of the application, starting from choosing the LOR writer, to preparing the LORs, petition letters, and other documents. Over or under-representation of your skills can hurt your case, and Chen immigration prepared my documents very precisely. They know what's exactly needed to do it right!

I did not get any RFE and my application was processed in about 7 months by USCIS, even though things tend to go a bit slower than normal during the pandemic.
