After a long delay (from my side) they helped me file the petition in August 2020 and it got approved in March 2021 without an RFE. Overall my experience with the Chen Group was optimal, very professional and to the point. Their communication is very good--either through messages on their case management system or via phone appointments when needed. My only comment is that the recommendation letters were a little week, mainly in the technical sections. But this is not a big deal as you can modify it--you know your research more than anyone else. I would recommend Chen Group for your Immigration needs. Based on my positive experience, I have also retained them for my EB1-A (also filed shortly after NIW). THANK YOU!
