I was very happy with the service, I was just granted my NIW approval from UCIS. They were responsive both via messaging but also via phone upon request. I was very impressed by the level of understanding shown in the LORs that they crafted on my behalf. The money back garanttee gave me faith that they knew what they were doing in taking my case and also that I wouldn't be throwing money away. I have recommeded to others in my community and will continue to do so!
I was also impressed by thier Do-it-yourself I485 package and their support in filling out some of those forms despite the fact I did not retain them for this application.
