I would highly encourage my fellows to consider Chen& Associates if you are considering to file NIW or EB-1 applications. Being a Ph.D student in Electrical and Computer Engineering, I applied for NIW petition and it was approved in 7 months. Chen associates were fantastic and very helpful in preparing my case. My I-140 petition (premium processing) under EB1A category was approved only in 14 days, on 24th January. I am a postdoctoral researcher working in the field of Structural biology and Biochemistry and I have 12 publications with 7 as first author that are published in good journals like Nature Chem Bio and Nucleic Acids Research. I have ~65 citations, One provisional patent filed and a tech transfer agreement with a company, conducted review for ~14 manuscripts, a young scientist award at Johns Hopkins for outstanding contributions, research highlighted independently in several news and media.
I was very much worried to due less number of citations. But, Chen Associates team presented my case very strongly by highlighting several other achievements. They wrote very excellent recommendation letters in their own format and language that I had not choice but to believe in them. They prepared a very strong petition letter. I got my O1 visa approved two weeks ago. I got my PhD in EE and now work as a software engineer. I was worried that the USCIS would not consider this as the same field. But Chen Immigration Team has excellent knowledge on writing recommendation letters and petition letter. They proved well not only that I am still in the same field, but also that I am in the top of my field. They reply very quick to most of my questions, so we got our case filed in time. Today my I140 under EB1A was approved by the Nebraska Service Center. It's a relief. My application was submitted end of October 2017. I received 1 RFE. I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Chen Assoc and l would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a lawyer for their green card process. I was especially impressed with the response they drafted to the RFE, which was a strong but polite response. The other things l like about their work are the detailed instructions, prompt responses, and a confidence in their clients abilities which is very reassuring!! Thank you!

I am the first author of 6 of my papers and book chapter. I had independently reviewed 24 articles in premier journals. The RFE dossier we together prepared, emphasized primarily the use of my research work in others by collecting recommendation/testimonial letters from independent researchers who used them or cited my work more than 10 times.
