My I-140 got approved. It took about 10 months. Kudos to Chen immigration. The way they take care of all the weak spots of your application is just amazing. They are very professional & I would highly recommend them.

I received my permanent residency via the NIW waiver (EB2). Chen Immigration associates were very thorough throughout the whole process and ALWAYS available to answer all my questions. Even during this period of uncertainty in regards to immigration, they always provided updates on what was going on. I also went through the adjustment of status process with them and they were equally attentive during the whole process. I had left the country for a couple of days which resulted in me having to start the I-130 process again (letters from the USCIS can be a little scary sometimes) but they instructed me on how to go about it and filed my case accordingly. And the rest is history!
