I have got EB-1A approved today. I strongly recommend Chen immigration firm for everybody looking for a green card.
At the beginning, I was told my case is a viable, not strong case, which leads me to hire the other attorney (who feels very comfortable getting my EB-1A case approved) in NY for the EB1A petition with asking Chen immigration firm only for EB2NIW.
The case preparation process was totally different between the two firms. Chen immigration office inquires me 2-3 times to understand my works and to make a robust petition letter. The other firm did not inquire anything and it was very hard to get ahold of them to ask some questions. After I saw some dishonest behaviors in the other firm, I decided to ask Chen immigration firm to work also on my EB-1A. I believe this decision is the best decision I have ever made.
Chen immigration firm has up-to-date information and precise strategy. If they have concerns, they explained their concerns very well. Without Chen immigration firm, I could not have my EB-1A approved. I highly recommend this firm.
