Chen Immigration Law Associates (CILA) worked thoroughly on my I-140 EB-2 NIW case. They did all the heavy lifting for me, all I had to do is to fill some forms with my personal information for the USCIS forms, and to contact my references and ask for their approval and signatures for the recommendation letters.
After that, I was just sitting and waiting until my case was approved without any problems in ~15 months.
I would recommend CILA to anyone I know who is in need of such service.
