My I-140 NIW approval was announced after almost 5 months. I am very happy since I made a good decision to work with NAmILG. The I-140 filing is a very serious step for the immigration process, so you have to take it seriously. I found some other firms with lower rates but not trustworthy and having this professionality. Chen team really deserved to be appreciated. However, I may have some comments, but they are very professional and helpful. I am telling the future clients if you do your steps fast and quick you can easily send your I-140 by 3 months. Everything depends on clients. I did it less than 3months and it is doable just if you take time in your weekend. In short, I strongly recommend the firm to all.

This is the second time I approached Chen Associates for an Immigration service. I previously opted for my I-140 my application got approved in the EB1A category within 3 business days (PP requested). They are professional, very much know what they are doing, and detailed oriented. I approached for O1 visa (I-129) this time; they are extra cautious of petition documentation and executed within a narrow timeframe during the COVID outbreak. I observed this organization is very structured, resilient, and truly committed to offering high-quality immigration services. I would highly recommend this organization to all of you, period.
