Staff was very professional and at times I was confused and even asked them to break it down for me with an example which they so patiently did. I did not do premium processing because I knew I still have to wait for the next stage. However what stood out was this firm offered me the option not to include any support letters with my application (case by case situation for those with more citations), which saved me a ton of time and unecessary headaches.
