End of a very interesting journey. When I started the process with Chen Immigration, I was not familiar with the ins and outs of US immigration system which is not the easiest to navigate. From the very beginning attorneys from Chen Immigration had very positive approach towards my case. That motivated me a lot.
The documentation that Chen Immigration provides is extensive and gives a very good head start. The internal system is well designed. I found the messaging system to be very helpful. Attorneys are always there to respond to any question one might have. Considering how confusing the process is, being able to ask questions and getting response in a day helps a lot.
It's not easy to work on recommendation letters while working full time. The process is also quite lengthy. Chen Immigration were always with me when I needed them. During COVID-19, the processing took a bit longer than expected from USCIS side, but I am more than happy from the positive outcome.
