They are on top of their deadline, very helpful, responsive, and very professional. I was working at the same time with another (twice as expensive) lawyer for my H1B and it was painful how she was so lousy, misses the deadlines, and complaining if I ask about the case status. Chen, on the contrary, was very understanding and know exactly how stressful this process can be.
I highly recommend retaining Chen, they will make the visa/green card process seamless!
