Got my I-140 NIW approval after 14 months. Chen Immigration Group did a great job in dealing with an RFE. They quickly initiated a plan and prepared a solid response, though it still took additional 5 months for USCIS to review the RFE response. Highly recommend!

As a low cited PhD < 10, I was not very confident to apply for the NIW. With the rising bar in NSC, I was trying to decide to try my luck with professional immigration group as soon as possible. They may have more experience of preparing for the petition letters and RFE handling. Six-months waiting period is suffering and I can still remember the exciting time when I got the approval result from USCIS. At last, I would like to say thank you to the North American Immigration Group.
