I learnt about Chen Immigration Law Group at a local conference from an attendee I met for the first time. He was at the time working with Chen's team on his own petition and strongly recommended me to get an evaluation. So I immediately did so after the conference and based on the thorough and detailed information I received, I started to work with Chen's team. The guidelines and instructions are very detailed and communication has always been quick and informative. Within a few months, the entire NIW petition package has been assembled and filed. The RFE received later was also handled professionally and quickly, leading to the approval only a month after the submission of the additional materials. I already recommended Chen's group to a colleague at work, and would definitely refer other friends and colleague to them.

It has been a long time, really longer than most of the EB1A I-140 getting approved, particularly in TSC. The time range is from my first I-140 submission on 2/6/2017 to my third one get approve on 12/17/2019. I won't give any detail of my sufferring experiences but only want to persent my sincere appreciation to Chen Immigration (we usually call them WG in WeChat group). They have been overly patient with all my trivial questions with persistent professional service. Miss Iris Tian is fabulous! I would surely recommend them to my friends and colleagues for any immigration service.

I was referred to this firm based on my friend's positive experience in getting his i-140 petition. My experience while working with Chen Immigration Law Associates has not only been excellent, but extremely informative till date. Ms. Victoria Chen was absolutely thorough in evaluating my CV and was confident that I could apply through the EB2-NIW route based on my credentials. In the interim period, I waited to improve on my publications and citation statistics. The most important and impressive thing regarding the Chen team is their extreme professionalism. You always get a response to all your queries in the most detailed manner within 24 hours (mostly - 95% of the time) or 48 hours (very rare occasions). The team (comprising of Ms Victoria Chen and Ms. Sarah, in my case) guided me in going about finding referees, drafting testimonial/reference letters and preparing my i-140 petition letter. They also educated me on the Dos and Do NOTs of the process along the way. Having said that, I also learned that the preparation process itself could be time-consuming and stressful (especially if you're running out of time). Therefore, I would like to emphasize that one should remain strongly committed to the process along the way. More importantly, the Chen team will patiently guide you through all the steps involved. Once my petition documents were ready, the team was meticulous enough to check if all my documents were in proper order before submitting my petition. I eventually managed to turn in my I-140 Petition through EB2-NIW, based on my credentials. Unfortunately, I received a RFE despite the excellent I-140 petition prepared by the Chen team. I've to admit that I was shaken when I received the RFE then. Despite this temporary setback, I was rest assured by the Chen team (Ms. Sunny Chang) that my petition was still meritorious and the RFE issue could be easily fixed. Ms. Sunny Chang and the rest of the team worked extremely hard in helping prepare my responses to the RFE as well. I received an approval within 30 days after turning my RFE response, thanks to the Chen team. Best Christmas gift in a long time!!!

Today,on Dec.19, one month after I entered the U.S., I acquired my green card and a new life is ahead of me.This is the best Christmas gift I ever received and I write to express my great gratitude to Chen immigration law group for their many years’huge assistance.
I specifically want to mention two impressive keypoints during my GC application process. Firstly, when I initially contacted with Chen’s firm at the end of 2014, I was only a J1 visiting scholar with no U.S. salary and very limited publications&citations. However, attorney Chen carefully reviewed and analysed my CV and felt confident that I could self-petition via NIW. Finally, under their group’s(especially an experienced previous attorney) nearly 4 months’ consistent and diligent efforts and encouragement, the approval of my I-140 in early 2016 proved her acute judgement.
Secondly,I am deeply obliged to attorney Mr. Filip Kobylecki who is very responsible and has high professional level of immigration law in dealing with every aspects in consular processing. I didn’t have many communications with him like what I did during my I-140 petition stage, but under the most critical stage just before my visa interview when I was refused to be issued an employment letter from U.S.employer, Mr. Filip Kobylecki helped give me two memos as alternatives, two year home presence fulliment and employment letter not required memo. Both of these two key files were required to submit by the visa officer during interview. He also carefully review my resume&study plan submitted for two months’ administrative processing which made me finally obtain immigrant visa in the middle of Sept. 2019. The whole process of CP I experienced this year was really not easy!
In a word,this satisfactory result is inseperable from Chen group many years’s care and assistance to my case.
I feel that during one’s whole life period, there are many different peoples one could run across, employers, friends, colleagues, advisors, students,clients etc. Nevertheless only very limited number of them are saviors to his/her life.I never meet any attorneys in Chen’s group face to face, but I trust them and they are definitely my savior.I will continue to work hard in the U.S. in the hope of making more contributions in the field of my endeavor and I also wish Chen’s law firm could become more and more flourishing in the future.
