I highly recommend hiring the Chen Associates. They were very easy to talk to, explained everything, answered all hesitations and questions we had, and this was even before we had retained them. Chen Immigration prepared my case for EB2 NIW application, and they did a great job! My case was on the weaker side, as I have a masters degree only and only 11 citations at the time of application. They helped me emphasizing my contribution and the impact of my work very effectively. 6 months later I got approved without an RFE which was surprising to me.
I have been planning for a green card application for the last 3 years, I worked with another lawyer 2 years ago for EB1 application, she did her job but I eventually got rejected because I believe I was not suitable for that category. So I think working with a law group who sees so many cases and who developed intuition with these categories and nuances is so crucial and having a good reviewing system in place like Chen Immigration Associates makes so much more sense. I have been recommending them to my friends even before the approval and will keep doing that.
