I heard this firm from two of my friends, the firm helps them got 140 approval, one is EB-2, one is EB-1. The Wegreen team is very professional and high skill of writing. They can finish every paperwork fast and in time, they never delay or make any accident. Everytime I have question, they reply less than 24 hours. I will highly recommend Chen Immigration Law Associates for green card filing. Attorney is very efficient, transparent, professional and give right advice. If they have taken your case (you should be assured that your 1-40 will be approved). When I contacted them in 2016, they recommended me to file NIW (as my citation was little less) but I delayed for EB1 and to increase citation number and filed in 2017, my i-140 (NIW) was approved in 5 months of filing. Later they helped me in EB1B filing, which was also approved. Now I am regretting. If I have listened to attorney and filed my NIW in 2016, I may not be stuck in the backlog.
Therefore it is my sincere advice that consider the recommendation of attorney, they know the green card situation better.
