Throughout the whole process, they were very accurate and helpful with my queries. My case was a complicated case because I have worked in several different countries and they had to assist with many recommendation letters. I am very happy with the quality of their professional work and it was a big relief for me to get my I-140 petition approved in ~7 months with no further RFEs. They prepared a personalized petition letter for me based on my expertise and achievements, and helped me to better understand how the entire process works. The filing process was longer than what I expected, and sometimes I was a bit overwhelmed by some documents they asked me to provide. However, I think being patient helped a lot with minimizing errors, mistakes, uncertainties and ambiguities. Overall the final petition letter turned out to be strong and convincing. They answered all of my questions precisely, although sometimes it took them several days to get back to me and sometimes I needed to ask for additional information and/or clarification. I highly recommend this firm if you are planning to file under EB categories specially if they offer to work on your case under the "Approval or Refund" agreement.
