The lawyers here did a very nice job in preparing a strong EB1A petition letter and in properly guiding me in preparing supporting documents. They were very diligent and strategic in getting the most out of my professional experience and in highlighting them in the petition letter. For example, a lot of my citations were in a field different from the one I was applying my case. However, the attorneys adeptly combined the fields enabling me to increase my citations. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience interacting with the lawyers. I strongly recommend them for immigration related help.

I am very happy with Chen immigration group. I am not happy because my case got easily approved, I am happy because my case happened to become very difficult ( not due to my lawyers incompetence) and chen immigration group turned out to be very proficient in handling the case. I will say any person will be able to get a typical case approved, however it is only the level of expertise you find in chen immigration group that will help you overcome a difficult situation. The immigration officer (assigned to my case) was super careful about every single word that was mentioned in my petition and asked for evidence that are typically not asked for a NIW. I have had many friends filing successful application for NIW, but none have went under the level of scrutiny that my case went under. Being a big immigration law firm, I realized that Chen immigration attorneys have experience on how to tackle various scenarios, even difficult ones. So this means most scenarios are not new to them and they do have a strategy to work in different situations. My case was perceived to be a strong case, however unpredicted situations might always happen, and if they happen you need people who know how to deal with special cases.
