My I-140 was approved without RFE after 12 month. I was very happy with the work done by North America Immigration Law Group. They clearly know what they’re doing. They provided clear information, responded quickly to each of my questions, and did a great job with the case preparation.
When I had a question that required pretty specific expertise about my field (I wasn’t sure whether I should highlight a publication in an open access journal that has a higher impact factor than many others but lately seems to have a worse reputation), they looked into it and came back with a good answer.
I didn’t have any experience with other law firms, so I didn’t know what to make of their impersonal communication system (messages and replies through their website) at first, but it proved to be very efficient. The whole process went very smoothly. (The year-long wait was of course painful, but they could do little about that, except contacting USCIS to inquire about the status of my case—twice.) I would recommend this law firm to others.
