Unfortunately the first time my EB1A application got denied from NSC. The attornies prepared for more recommender letters and took great efforts to prepare for the second application. However, I found that the Chen Immigration team is well-verse with the law. It took me more than a year from the first email to Chen Immigration to the submission of the petition to the USCIS. I asked about hundreds of questions, sometimes after a gap of two-three months, but I got response within 24 hours and to the point as if they know my case by heart.
